Please note that orders containing discounted items may not qualify for complimentary delivery. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.
Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Orders are delivered by Swiss Post.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days.
European Union & United Kingdom
Orders are shipped by post.
Estimated delivery: Approximately 5 working days.

No additional taxes or customs charges are collected at checkout.
European Union & United Kingdom
Orders are shipped from Switzerland.
Import VAT, customs duties and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and, where applicable, are collected directly from the recipient by the local postal service, carrier or customs authority.
The amount of any additional charges is determined by local regulations and may vary depending on the destination and order value.
Returns & Exchanges
Designed to be experienced.
We believe lingerie should be tried on, felt, and experienced personally.
If your purchase isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within the applicable return period, provided they remain in their original condition.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Clean and undamaged
- Free from fragrance or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
Purchases from the Basel Boutique
Items purchased in our Basel Boutique may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.
No receipt is required—your name is sufficient.
Online Orders
Online purchases may be returned within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
If proof of delivery is unavailable, the return period begins on the original shipment date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
