Delivery
Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday are prepared and shipped on Monday.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
We partner with Swiss Post for deliveries across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
If your order is in stock, it is carefully prepared and dispatched the same day.

International Shipping (EU & UK)
We currently ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom.
In-stock orders are prepared and shipped via post, with estimated delivery within approximately 5 working days. Customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times slightly.
If your order is time-sensitive, we invite you to contact us regarding expedited shipping options.
Customs & Taxes
Swiss VAT is not included in international orders.
Customers within the EU and UK are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees according to local regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
Designed to be experienced.
We believe lingerie should be tried on, felt, and experienced personally.
You may return any eligible item ordered online or purchased in-store within the specified return period.
Returned pieces should be:
• Unworn
• Clean and undamaged
• Free of fragrance or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
Basel Boutique Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or alternatively as store credit.
A receipt is not required — your name is sufficient.
Online Orders
Online purchases must be returned within 14 days from the delivery confirmation date.
If proof of purchase is unavailable, the return period begins from the original shipment date.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
