Shipping & Returns

At Intensify Me, we handle every order with care and attention, ensuring it reaches you beautifully, securely, and discreetly packaged, ready to be experienced from the very first moment.

Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be prepared and sent on Monday.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We entrust Swiss Post to deliver your pieces across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If your order is in stock, we carefully pack it and hand it over the same day. Expect your delivery within 1–3 working days.

International (EU & UK)

We currently ship to the EU and UK. In-stock orders are packed and sent via Post. Delivery typically takes around 5 working days, though customs clearance may extend this slightly.

Estimated delivery times are a guide; if your piece cannot wait, please contact us to arrange expedited delivery.

Customs & Taxes

Swiss VAT is not included in international orders. EU and UK customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs fees according to local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We believe clothing deserves to be tried on and experienced. You are welcome to return any item you’ve ordered, no explanation needed. To ensure a smooth return, the product should be undamaged, clean, free of odours or signs of wear, and have all original tags attached.

In-Store at the Basel Boutique

Items purchased in-store may be exchanged or returned within 14 days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, or we can create store credit for future indulgence.

A receipt is not required; your name is sufficient.

Online Orders

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. If the receipt is misplaced, the 14-day period begins on the shipment date.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be initiated directly from your customer account or arranged via info@intensifyme.ch

Refunds are processed once items are received in their original condition and will be returned via the same payment method used for purchase, or store credit can be issued if preferred.

Please note that Archive Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
