Orders containing discounted items may not qualify for complimentary delivery. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, are usually dispatched on the next working day.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Orders are delivered by Swiss Post.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days.
European Union & United Kingdom
Orders are shipped by post.
Estimated delivery: approximately 5 working days.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs & Taxes
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Orders are shipped from Switzerland, with no additional import customs charges for deliveries within the Swiss–Liechtenstein customs territory.
European Union & United Kingdom
All orders are shipped from Switzerland.
Import VAT, customs duties and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any applicable charges are determined by local regulations and may vary according to the destination and order value.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll love what you've chosen. But if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days, provided they remain in their original condition.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused, apart from reasonable inspection or fitting where permitted

Clean, undamaged and free from fragrance or signs of wear

Returned with all original tags and applicable protective seals intact

Accompanied by their original accessories and packaging where necessary to protect the item
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate garments and other hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return once their protective seals have been removed. Any product-specific restrictions will be clearly indicated before purchase.
Made-to-order, personalised and specially commissioned items may be subject to different return conditions, as communicated before purchase.
These conditions do not affect applicable consumer rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Purchases from Our Basel Boutique
Eligible items purchased at MABUYA in Basel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.
A paper receipt is not necessary if we can locate your purchase in our records.
Online Orders
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Archive Sale
Items purchased during an Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
