Rainkiss makes all its ponchos from recycled PET bottles. The waterproof polyester fabric has taped seams and can withstand up to a 7000 mm water column. By reusing a waste product, the young label saves up to 40% energy consumption and minimizes the impact on and pollution of the environment. The unusual styles are the label's own creations or are developed in collaboration with various designers.

Bold, ambiguous, but full of joy, the Dance Poncho features a repeating pattern of figures in Timo's signature style. The negative space helps to emphasize the figures and creates a sense of harmony, because when it rains, let's dance!

Amsterdam-based illustrator Timo Kuilder's personal style is characterized by uncomplicated colour palettes, clean lines and understated characters. Timo's work is driven by his observational nature and constant curiosity, using simple forms to tell all kinds of stories. His clients include the New York Times, Vogue, Firefox and Google.
